September 2024 Free Delivery Promotion General Terms & Conditions

Free delivery promotion applies on single orders made on www.disneystore.asia, sent to a single delivery address in either Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Malaysia only in accordance with the conditions set out below(“Promotion”):

 Unless otherwise expressly provided, the following terms and conditions shall apply to the Promotion:

  1. Promotion is valid from 8am SGT on 9 September 2024 until 8am SGT on 16 September 2024. The right to change or end this Promotion at any time without notice is reserved. However, all orders processed from the Promotion start date until cancellation of the Promotion, will be processed in accordance with the Promotion.
  2. This Promotion cannot be redeemed for cash or any other goods or services.
  3. The Promotion will apply when you purchase at least one (1) product from www.DisneyStore.asia. 
  4. Guests must add at least one (1) product to their Bag to qualify for the Promotion. To enjoy the Promotion, guests will need to enter a valid promo code “MAGICSHIP” at checkout to the total order value if the terms and conditions of this Promotion are met.
  5. Items that have been purchased as part of this Promotion may not be returned, except if faulty, defective, damaged or incorrectly sent.
  6. This Promotion can be enjoyed together with any applicable purchase with purchase promotions in the same order.
  7. All transactions, sales of goods, returns and refunds (and applicable consumer warranties in your country) on products purchased via DisneyStore.asia and use of the DisneyStore.asia website shall be subject to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use respectively (and its applicable standard return policies) as set out on the www.DisneyStore.asia website, and these Promotion terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use.
  8. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use, the Disney Store’s decision on which terms prevail shall be final and conclusive.
  9. Your participation in this Promotion shows that you have read and agreed to, and that you accept, these Terms and Conditions.
  10. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the same governing laws as the Disney Store Terms of Sale.
