Get a Mary Poppins 60th Anniversary Collectible Key (“Promotion Product”) when you make any purchase above the following minimum spend amounts (“Promotion”) on DisneyStore.asia (“Disney Store”). The minimum spend amounts for each market (each referred to in these terms and conditions as “Minimum Spend Amount”) are set out below:

• Hong Kong: HK$800 on www.DisneyStore.asia/hk
• Taiwan: NT$2,000 on www.DisneyStore.asia/tw
• Singapore: S$70 on www.DisneyStore.sg
• Malaysia: RM250 on www.DisneyStore.asia/my

Promotion Restrictions:

1. Valid from the following times or until promotional stocks last:
   1. Hong Kong:  19^th September 2024, 8am HKT until 23^rd September 2024, 8am HKT
   2. Taiwan: 19^th September 2024, 8am TST until 23^rd September 2024, 8am TST
   3. Singapore: 19^th September 2024, 8am SGT until 23^rd September 2024, 8am SGT
   4. Malaysia: 19^th September 2024, 8am MYT until 23^rd September 2024, 8am MYT
2. The Promotion applies to any products purchased on Disney Store (ie. select, in-stock merchandise items on orders placed online on Disney Store – not valid on purchases made at Disney Parks and Resorts locations) which meets the Minimum Spend Amount (“Qualifying Bag”).
3. Purchases on Disney Store shall be governed by the standard Terms of Sale.
4. The Promotion Product will only be automatically added to your Bag upon entering a valid promo code and adding the Minimum Spend Amount or more of qualifying products (ie. select, in-stock merchandise items on orders placed online on Disney Store – not valid on purchases made at Disney Parks and Resorts locations) to your Bag. Due to limited stock availability, the Promotion Product will only be added to Qualifying Bag(s) if supplies are available.
5. This Promotion is limited to one gift with purchase item per Qualifying Bag. 
6. The qualifying Minimum Spend Amount is calculated based on a single sales transaction, including taxes, post any discount amounts and excludes shipping & handling charges, customs duties if applicable, gift cards or certificates, 3-D printed merchandise, personalization, gift wrap and gift boxes and items not in stock.
7. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, except available shipping offers and purchase with purchase offers. Adjustments cannot be made and this promotion cannot be applied to prior purchases.
8. Promotion Product(s) may not be exchanged unless otherwise stated in writing by Disney Store. 
9. If any of the products in the Qualifying Bag is returned, then the Promotion Product must also be returned.
10. Returns shall be subject to our standard returns policy and no refunds shall be given on the return of the free Promotion Product.
11. Notwithstanding the above, if any items from the bag making up the Minimum Spend Amount are returned due to change of mind (this excludes returns where the item is faulty, defective or damaged) resulting in the total order amount for that bag to fall below the Minimum Spend Amount, the Promotion Product will also have to be returned.
12. This Promotion can be voided or subject to restrictions and change without prior notice.
13. Your participation in this Promotion shows that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to the same governing laws as the Disney Store Terms of Sale.
