Spend & Save General Terms & Conditions

Buy any item(s) with the “Spend & Save” Badge (“Qualifying Products”) from www.DisneyStore.asia and save. (“Promotion”). Unless otherwise expressly provided, the following terms and conditions shall apply to the Promotion:

1. Promotion will be valid for the following period (“Promotion Period”):
   1. Hong Kong: 22nd February 2025, 8am HKT until 27th February 2025, 7:59am HKT
   2. Taiwan: 22nd February 2025, 8am TST until 27th February 2025, 7:59am TST
   3. Singapore:22nd February 2025, 8am SGT until 27th February 2025, 7:59am SGT
   4. Malaysia: 22nd February 2025, 8am MYT until 27th February 2025, 7:59am MYT
2. Disney Store members are able to enjoy an early access to the Promotion during this time:
   1. Hong Kong: 20th February 2025, 8am HKT until 22nd February 2025, 7:59am HKT
   2. Taiwan: 20th February 2025, 8am TST until 22nd February 2025, 7:59am TST
   3. Singapore:20th February 2025, 8am SGT until 22nd February 2025, 7:59am SGT
   4. Malaysia: 20th February 2025, 8am MYT until 22nd February 2025, 7:59am MYT
3. Guests must add the Qualifying Products to the “My Bag” page to qualify for the Promotion. The Promotion will apply when guests spend the following minimum amounts in a single transaction and input the code “SAVE” at the “My Bag” page.
   1. Hong Kong: Spend a minimum of HK$800 and receive HK$110 off
   2. Taiwan: Spend a minimum of NT$2,500 and receive NT$350 off
   3. Singapore: Spend a minimum of S$120 and receive S$20 off
   4. Malaysia: Spend a minimum of RM400 and receive RM60 off
4. Items that have been purchased as part of this Promotion may not be returned, except if faulty, defective, damaged or incorrectly sent.
5. This Promotion can be enjoyed together with any applicable purchase with purchase promotions in the same order.
6. Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions, this Promotion cannot be combined with any other promo codes, offers or discounts, except available shipping offers. Adjustments cannot be made and this Promotion cannot be applied to prior purchases.
7. This Promotion can be voided or subject to restrictions and change without prior notice.
8. All transactions, sales of goods, returns and refunds (and applicable consumer warranties in your country) on products purchased via DisneyStore.asia and use of the DisneyStore.asia website shall be subject to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use respectively (and its applicable standard return policies) as set out on the www.DisneyStore.asia website, and these Promotion terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use.
9. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use, the Disney Store’s decision on which terms prevail shall be final and conclusive.
10. Your participation in this Promotion shows that you have read and agreed to, and that you accept, these Terms and Conditions.
11. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the same governing laws as the Disney Store Terms of Sale.
