Halloween Promotion on www.DisneyStore.asia 

Halloween Promotion General Terms & Conditions

Guests can enjoy up to 40% off selected products on DisneyStore.asia (“Disney Store”) during the Halloween Promotion. (“Promotion”). Unless otherwise expressly provided, the following terms and conditions shall apply to the Promotion:

  1. Promotion is valid from 10 October 2025, 8am SGT/MYT/HKT/TST to 20 October 2025, 8am SGT/MYT/HKT/TST.
  2. The Promotion applies to selected products with the “Halloween Sale” Badge (“Promotion Product”) on the Disney Store website at the bundle offer stated below:
    ．Any 1 Promotion Product at 10% off; Any 2 Promotion Products at 20% off; Any 3 Promotion Products at 40%
  3. To enjoy the promotion, guests must add at least one (1) Promotion Product to their Bag. The promotion will automatically apply to the Bag.  
  4. Items that have been purchased as part of this Promotion may not be returned, except if faulty, defective, damaged or incorrectly sent.
  5. This Promotion can be enjoyed together with any applicable purchase with purchase promotions in the same order.
  6. Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions, this Promotion cannot be combined with any other promo codes, offers or discounts, except available shipping offers. Adjustments cannot be made and this Promotion cannot be applied to prior purchases.
  7. This Promotion can be voided or subject to restrictions and change without prior notice.
  8. All transactions, sales of goods, returns and refunds (and applicable consumer warranties in your country) on products purchased via DisneyStore.asia and use of the DisneyStore.asia website shall be subject to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use respectively (and its applicable standard return policies) as set out on the www.DisneyStore.asia website, and these Promotion terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use.
  9. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use, the Disney Store’s decision on which terms prevail shall be final and conclusive.
  10. Your participation in this Promotion shows that you have read and agreed to, and that you accept, these Terms and Conditions.
  11. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the same governing laws as the Disney Store Terms of Sale.
