Guests may enjoy a series of promotions during the Twice Upon a Year Promotion (“TUAY”) period. Details of the promotions are set out below.

Guests can enjoy 30% off select items on DisneyStore.asia (“Disney Store”) during the Twice Upon A Year Promotion (“30% off TUAY”) subject to the terms and conditions below.

Twice Upon A Year 30% off select items Promotion Terms and Conditions:

1. Valid from 8am (SGT/MYT/TST/HKT)  on 26 May 2025  until 8am (SGT/MYT/TST/HKT)  on 9 June 2025, or while stocks last (“Promotion Period”). 

2. Items which are subject to the 30% off TUAY sitewide promotion are indicated on Disney Store through a tag on the product display page during the Promotion Period and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

3. This 30% off TUAY promotion can be enjoyed together with any applicable purchase with purchase or gift with purchase promotions in the same order.

Disney+ subscribers can enjoy an additional 10% off selected items on DisneyStore.asia during Twice Upon a Year Promotion

Disney+ subscribers can enjoy an additional 10% off on eligible items on DisneyStore.asia (“Disney Store”) during the Twice Upon a Year Promotion (“Extra 10% Promotion”).

Extra 10% Promotion Terms and Conditions:

4. Valid from 8am (SGT/TST/HKT) on 2 June 2025 until 8am (SGT/TST/HKT) on 9 June 2025, or while stocks last (“Promotion Period”). This Extra 10% Promotion is not applicable on purchases made via DisneyStore.asia/my or DisneyStore.my.

5. This Extra 10% Promotion is only available to:

a. eligible Disney+ subscribers who:

i. have a valid, current Disney+ account in the country where this Extra 10% Promotion is being offered; and

ii. have opted-in to receiving marketing/promotional emails from Disney+

6. Subscribers who have not opted-in or who have joined after the start of the Extra 10% Promotion may reach out to Disney+ guest services (whichever is applicable) to request access to the Extra 10% Promotion.

7. To enjoy this Extra 10% Promotion during the Promotion Period, eligible Disney+ subscribers will need to log in to their Disney Store accounts. Eligible items are indicated on Disney Store through a tag on the product display page during the Promotion Period and the discount will be automatically applied at My Bag page.

8. This Extra 10% Promotion is only valid on items which are subject to the 30% off TUAY promotion.

9. This Extra 10% promotion can be enjoyed together with any applicable purchase with purchase or gift with purchase promotions in the same order.

DisneyStore members exclusive offer for selected products on DisneyStore.asia during Twice Upon a Year Promotion

DisneyStore members can enjoy a reduced price on selected products (“Qualifying Products”) from DisneyStore.asia (“Disney Store”) during Twice Upon A Year Promotion (“Members Promo”) *Subject to the terms and conditions below.

10. Guests will be able to enjoy the Qualifying Products at a reduced price during the Promotion Period. To enjoy the Promotion, simply browse the Qualifying Products and add them to the “My Bag” page. The Promotion will be automatically applied and will be limited to purchase of one (1) Qualifying Product per member.
Qualifying Products will be priced as follows:

  • Singapore: SGD $5.99 

  • Hong Kong: HKD $35.00

  • Taiwan: TWD $120.00

  • Malaysia: MYR $21.99

11. To enjoy the promotion, guests must sign up and/or log in to their Disney Store account to enjoy the promotion, valid from 8am (SGT/MYT/TST/HKT)  on 26 May 2025 until 8am (SGT/MYT/TST/HKT)  on 9 June 2025, or while stocks last (“Promotion Period”).

12. The promotion applies to selected products with the “Member Offer” Badge on the Disney Store website.

13. In addition to logging-in to your Disney Store account, guests must also add the Promotion Product to your Bag, enter the valid promo code in the section provided on the “My Bag” page and click “Apply” for the Promotion to apply.

Get 50% off selected plush, home or apparel items on DisneyStore.asia during Twice Upon a Year Promotion

Guests can enjoy 50% off when purchasing selected plush, home or apparel items from DisneyStore.asia (“Disney Store”) during Twice Upon A Year Promotion (“50% off TUAY”) *Subject to the terms and conditions below.

14. Valid from 8am (SGT/MYT/TST/HKT) on 26 May 2025 until 8am (SGT/MYT/TST/HKT) on 9 June 2025, or while stocks last (“Promotion Period”).

15. The 50% off TUAY Promotion will apply when you purchase Qualifying Products on www.Disneystore.asia.

16. Guests must add one (1) Qualifying Products to their Bag to qualify for 50% off TUAY Promotion. The 50% off TUAY Promotion will be automatically applied at My Bag page if the terms and conditions of this 50% off TUAY Promotion are met.

17. This 50% off TUAY Promotion can be enjoyed together with any applicable purchase with purchase or gift with purchase promotions in the same order.

Purchase with Purchase Twice Upon a Year Promotion Terms & Conditions

Choose your purchase with purchase product (“Promotion Product(s)”) for a lower price (“Promotion Price”) when you make any purchase on www.DisneyStore.asia ("Disney Store”) above the following amounts ("Minimum Spend Amount”) for delivery only in the following regions:

  • Singapore:  Promotion Discount of 50% off when you spend above SGD $70 

  • Hong Kong: Promotion Discount of 50% off when you spend above HKD $800

  • Taiwan: Promotion Discount of 50% off when you spend above TWD $2000

  • Malaysia: Promotion Discount of 50% off when you spend above MYR $250

18. Valid from 8am (SGT/MYT/TST/HKT) on 26 May 2025 until 8am (SGT/MYT/TST/HKT) on 9 June 2025, or while stocks last (“Promotion Period”).

19. Guests must add one (1) Qualifying Products to their Bag (where the total value of the checkout bag prior to taxes and shipping meets the Minimum Spend Amount as set out for each territory above) before checkout to secure the purchase of the Promotion Product at the Promotion Price.

20. The Promotion Product does not contribute to the value of the Minimum Spend Amounts when purchased at full price.

21. The qualifying Minimum Spend Amount is calculated based on a single sales transaction, including taxes, post any discount amounts and excludes shipping & handling charges, customs duties if applicable, gift cards or certificates, 3-D printed merchandise, personalization, gift wrap and gift boxes and items not in stock.

Choose Your Free Gift Twice Upon a Year Promotion

Choose your free gift (“Promotion Product’) when you make purchases above the following minimum spend amounts (“Free Gift TUAY Promotion”) on DisneyStore.asia (“Disney Store”) during TUAY. *Subject to the terms and conditions below. The minimum spend amounts for each market (each referred to in these terms and conditions as “Minimum Spend Amount”) are set out below:

  • Singapore: SGD $120 

  • Malaysia: MYR $290 

  • Taiwan: TWD $2500

  • Hong Kong: HKD $900

22. Valid from 8am (SGT/MYT/TST/HKT) on 2 June 2025 until 8am (SGT/MYT/TST/HKT) on 9 June 2025, or while stocks last (“Promotion Period”).

23. The Free Gift TUAY Promotion applies to any products purchased on Disney Store (ie. select, in-stock merchandise items on orders placed online on Disney Store – not valid on purchases made at Disney Parks and Resorts locations) which meets the Minimum Spend Amount (“Qualifying Bag”).

24. Purchases on Disney Store shall be governed by the standard Terms of Sale.

25. The “Choose Your Free gift” option will only be automatically displayed at “My Bag” page upon adding the Minimum Spend Amount or more worth of qualifying products (ie. select, in-stock merchandise items on orders placed online on Disney Store – not valid on purchases made at Disney Parks and Resorts locations) to your Bag.

26. This Free Gift TUAY Promotion is limited to one gift with purchase item per Qualifying Bag. Due to limited stock availability, the Promotion Product will only be added to Qualifying Bag(s) if supplies are available.

27. The qualifying Minimum Spend Amount is calculated based on a single sales transaction, including taxes, post any discount amounts and excludes shipping & handling charges, customs duties if applicable, gift cards or certificates, 3-D printed merchandise, personalization, gift wrap and gift boxes and items not in stock.

28. Promotion Product(s) may not be exchanged unless otherwise stated in writing by Disney Store. 

29. If any of the products in the Qualifying Bag is returned, then the Promotion Product must also be returned

General Terms & Conditions applicable to all Twice Upon a Year Promotions, including the 30% Off TUAY Promotion, Extra 10% off Promotion, 50% off Promotion, Purchase with Purchase Promotion and the Free Gift TUAY Promotion (together the “The TUAY Promotions”):

30. The TUAY Promotions only applies to purchases of select, in-stock merchandise on www.Disneystore.asia during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Products”). The Qualifying Products for The TUAY Promotions (except the Free Gift TUAY Promotion)  shall be indicated as being on offer through a tag on the item; and the list of products which shall be excluded from the list of Qualifying Products (“Excluded Products”) is set out in the exhibit to these terms and conditions..

31. Unless otherwise made available on the site or expressly stated in these or other terms and conditions, The TUAY Promotions cannot be combined with any other promo codes, offers or discounts, except available shipping offers. Adjustments cannot be made and The TUAY Promotions cannot be applied to prior purchases.

32. The above promotions can be voided or subject to restrictions and change without prior notice.

33. All items purchased under these promotions are not eligible for returns and refunds shall not be made to guests unless the items are damaged, defective or are incorrect items (ie. no returns permitted for “change of mind”).

34. Except where otherwise expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all transactions, sales of goods, returns and refunds (and applicable consumer warranties in your country) on products purchased via DisneyStore.asia and use of the DisneyStore.asia website shall be subject to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use respectively as set out on the www.DisneyStore.asia website, and these Promotion terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use.

35. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use, DisneyStore’s decision on which terms prevail shall be final and conclusive.

36. Your participation in these promotions shows that you have read and agreed to, and that you accept, these Terms and Conditions.

37. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the same governing laws as the Disney Store Terms of Sale.
