Friends & Family Hong Kong Sale – up to 60% off on select items

Friends and Family of Disney cast members and Disney vendors in Hong Kong can enjoy up to 60% off select items on https://www.disneystore.asia (“Promotion”).

Promotion Terms and Conditions:

  1. Promotion will be valid for all Disney cast members, Disney Vendors, and their friends or family during the following times and dates or until promotional stocks last (“Promotion Period”).
    1. Hong Kong: 2nd December 2024, 8am HKT until 10th December 2024, 12am HKT
  2. This Promotion is only available to: (a) Disney cast members; (b) friends and family; and (c) Disney vendors, based in Hong Kong who have received the Promotion email(“Email Link”) from Disney (or Disney cast members) containing the unique link to the Promotion page (“Eligible Guests”).
  3. To enjoy this Promotion during the Promotion Period, Eligible Guests will need to click through the unique Email Link and enter a valid promo code, provided in the Promotion Email, at checkout  (defined below) on the “My Bag” page before checking out any purchases. 
  4. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other promo codes, offers or discounts, except available shipping offers (except where expressly indicated on DisneyStore.asia/hk). Adjustments cannot be made and this Promotion cannot be applied to prior purchases.  
  5. Promotion only applies to purchases of select, in-stock merchandise on https://www.disneystore.asia/hk during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Products”). The Qualifying Products for the Promotion shall be set out in the Promotion page accessed via the Email Link. For the avoidance of doubt, all products which are not contained in the Promotion page are not subject to the Promotion. 
  6. The above promotions can be voided or subject to restrictions and change without prior notice.
  7. All items purchased under these promotions are not eligible for returns and refunds shall not be made to guests unless the items are damaged, defective or are incorrect items (ie. no returns permitted for “change of mind”).
  8. Except where otherwise expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all transactions, sales of goods, returns and refunds (and applicable consumer warranties in your country) on products purchased via DisneyStore.asia and use of the DisneyStore.asia website shall be subject to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use respectively as set out on the www. DisneyStore.asia website, and these Promotion terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use.
  9. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use, Disney Store’s decision on which terms prevail shall be final and conclusive.
  10. Your participation in these promotions shows that you have read and agreed to, and that you accept, these Terms and Conditions.
  11. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the same governing laws as the Disney Store Terms of Sale.
