Terms and Conditions of e-voucher of Disney Online Flagship Store DisneyStore.asia/hk (“e-voucher”)  

1. Upon fulfillment of the relevant terms and conditions of 2024 Time Deposits Offer for Selected Clients(the “Promotion T&C”). Eligible Clients (as defined in the Promotion T&Cs) will be entitled to the e-voucher. The unique discount code which is stated in the SMS is sent directly to the Eligible Client by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”).
2. The validity period of the e-voucher is from now till 31 May 2024 at 11:59pm (“Validity Period”). The e-voucher will expire after the Validity Period.
3. The e-voucher can be used once only on DisneyStore.asia/hk for any purchase of selected and in-stock merchandise for delivery to Hong Kong and only one e-voucher can be used for each transaction. Eligible Clients are required to input the promo code of the e-voucher correctly before checkout and the discount will be applied to qualifying products added to the basket at checkout.
4. The e-voucher cannot be combined with any other promotion code(s) and voucher(s), except available shipping offers. Adjustments cannot be made and the e-voucher cannot be applied to any completed orders.
5. The e-voucher cannot be used to settle the delivery fee. All delivery charges and the Free Delivery Offer Terms and Conditions set out on DisneyStore.asia/hk shall continue to apply to products purchased with the e-voucher. Presently, the free shipping offer is only available to orders where the actual payable amount is over HKD800 (after deducting the e-voucher amount). Otherwise, Eligible Clients are required to pay a delivery fee of HKD40 for standard delivery or HKD60 for express delivery.
6. No minimum spending is required to use the e-voucher and any unutilized amounts from the e-voucher is not refundable and redeemable for cash, or other products or services, exchangeable or transferable. 
7. All transactions, sales of goods, returns and refunds (and applicable consumer warranties in Hong Kong) on products purchased via DisneyStore.asia/hk shall be subject to the Terms of Sale published on DisneyStore.asia/hk respectively, and the Promotion T&Cs and these terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms of Sale. In the event of any conflict between these terms, Disney Store’s decision on which terms prevail shall be final and conclusive.
8. Eligible Client understands and accepts that to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Bank shall exclude any liabilities to any aspect of the e-voucher or the redeemed items as sold by DisneyStore.asia/hk pursuant to its applicable Terms of Sale, including without limitation, the quality, the supply, the descriptions of the e-voucher, any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the e-voucher or the redeemed items as sold by DisneyStore.asia/hk pursuant to its applicable Terms of Sale.
9. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting, using or enjoying the e-voucher.
10. These terms and conditions are subject to the Terms of Sale of DisneyStore.asia/hk. In the event of any dispute regarding use and redemption of the e-voucher, Disney Store shall investigate the matter and its decision on the matter following its investigation shall be final.
11. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and the Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
