Buy a Mickey Mouse or Minnie Mouse Halloween 2025 Medium Plush or Mickey Mouse and Friends Halloween Canvas Tote Bag  (“Promotion Product(s)”) for a lower price (“Promotion Price”) when you make any purchase on www.DisneyStore.asia ("Disney Store”) above the following amounts ("Minimum Spend Amount”) for delivery only in the following regions:

• Singapore: Plush Promotion Price of S$23.94 (usually S$39.90), Tote Bag Promotion Price of S$23.94 (usually S$39.90) when you spend above S$50 on www.DisneyStore.sg;
• Hong Kong: Plush Promotion Price of HK$137.40 (usually HK$229), Tote Bag Promotion Price of HK$119.40 (usually HK$199) when you spend above HK$230 on www.DisneyStore.asia/hk;
• Taiwan: Plush Promotion Price of NT$509 (usually NT$849), Tote Bag Promotion Price of NT$509 (usually NT$849) when you spend above NT$1,500 on www.DisneyStore.asia/tw; and
• Malaysia: Plush Promotion Price of RM75.54 (usually RM125.90), Tote Bag Promotion Price of RM75.54 (usually RM125.90) when you spend above RM90 on www.DisneyStore.asia/my.

Promotion Restrictions:

1. Promotion shall be valid during the following times and dates or until stocks last:
   1. Singapore: 1^st September 2025, 8am SGT until 13^th October 2025, 8am SGT
   2. Hong Kong: 1^st September 2025, 8am HKT until 13^th October 2025, 8am HKT
   3. Taiwan: 1^st September 2025, 8am TST until 13^th October 2025, 8am TST
   4. Malaysia: 1^st September 2025, 8am MYT until 13^th October 2025, 8am MYT
2. You will need to add the Promotion Product to your full bag (where the total value of the checkout bag prior to taxes and shipping meets the Minimum Spend Amount in the region) before checkout to secure the purchase of the Promotion Product at the Promotion Price.
3. The Promotion Product does not contribute to the value of the Minimum Spend Amounts when purchased at full price.
4. The qualifying Minimum Spend Amount is calculated based on a single sales transaction, including taxes, post any discount amounts and excludes shipping & handling charges, customs duties if applicable, gift cards or certificates, 3-D printed merchandise, personalization, gift wrap and gift boxes and items not in stock.
5. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, except available shipping offers and other spend and save or gift with purchase offers. Adjustments cannot be made and this promotion cannot be applied to prior purchases.
6. Promotion Product(s) may not be exchanged unless otherwise stated in writing by Disney Store.  
7. Returns shall be subject to our standard returns policy and refunds on the return of the Promotion Product(s) shall be at Promotion Price (not full price).
   
8. Notwithstanding the above, if any items from the bag making up the Minimum Spend Amount are returned due to change of mind (this excludes returns where the item is faulty, defective or damaged) resulting in the total order amount for that bag to fall below the Minimum Spend Amount, the Promotion Product will also have to be returned.
9. Promotion can be voided or subject to restrictions and change without prior notice.
10. Your participation in this promotion shows that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to the same governing laws as the Disney Store Terms of Sale.
